1. Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return as outlined above.

7. Shipping Costs

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
